How Do I View the Work?

All of my currently available work can be viewed by signing up with your name and email address. Once you've signed up, you’ll immediately receive an email with the latest catalogue of available paintings—perfect for browsing with a cup of tea as the season turns.

I Signed Up but Didn’t Receive the Catalogue

Sometimes the email may land in your junk or secondary inbox, depending on your email provider. If you’ve checked those folders and still can’t find it, please reach out to me directly at info@lucyauge.co.uk, and I’ll send it to you personally—no trouble at all.

I’ve Signed Up Before—How Do I See New Work?

If you’ve already signed up, you’ll receive email updates featuring available and new work—sent weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the preference you set.

If you haven’t been receiving these, they may have landed in your junk or promotions folder. To ensure future updates reach you, please add info@lucyauge.co.uk to your address book.

If you'd like to catch up on anything you’ve missed or see what’s currently available, you're always welcome to email me directly—I'm more than happy to share the latest pieces with you.

Are the Works Framed?

The works are currently unframed for storage purposes, unless otherwise stated. I collaborate closely with Ro.Frames, a conservation-grade picture framer based here in Somerset. Each frame is custom-made to suit the individual artwork and crafted to archival standards, ensuring it will last a lifetime.

Sales of Work

Sales are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you express interest in a piece, I’m happy to hold it for a maximum of 48 hours. If I don’t hear back from you within that time, the piece will be made available to the next collector.

How Do I Purchase a Painting?

To purchase a piece, please email me at info@lucyauge.co.uk and include the title of the painting in the subject line. This helps ensure your message isn’t missed or flagged as spam.

Once I receive your enquiry, we’ll discuss the following:

  • Shipping or Collection – I ship both within the UK and internationally. If preferred, works can be shipped unframed for overseas deliveries.

  • Framing Options – If the work isn’t already framed, we can arrange bespoke framing to suit your needs.

  • Payment Method – Choose between full payment or an interest-free instalment plan.

Once these details are confirmed, I’ll send over a secure online invoice.

Payment Options

  • Pay in Full
The artwork will be shipped (or ready for collection) as soon as full payment is received.

  • Interest-Free Instalments
We can arrange a flexible monthly payment plan. The artwork will be shipped once the final instalment is completed.

Where Do You Ship?

I ship worldwide and offer a range of delivery options—from standard shipping to bespoke transport and installation packages. I’ll always work with you to find the most suitable and secure method.

Will I Be Charged Import Duties?

For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your location. I’ll speak with my couriers in advance to check whether charges are expected and will let you know upfront—so there are no surprises.

Can I View the Work in Person?

Yes! My home studio is based in Bath, UK, and you're warmly welcome to visit and view available work in person. Studio visits are by appointment only—please email me at info@lucyauge.co.uk to arrange a time.

If you're unable to travel, I also offer a site visit service where I can bring selected works directly to you, so you can see them in your space before making a decision. This service is available for a set fee, which covers travel and time, and is currently offered within the UK.

If you’d like to arrange a visit—either to the studio or at your home or office—just get in touch and we can find a time that works for you.

Do You Provide a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. I maintain a detailed archive of all my artworks for authenticity and provenance. Each piece is assigned a unique code. If you'd like to formally register your ownership, please email me with your name, address, and proof of purchase, and I’ll update the archive accordingly.

Can I Return a Piece?

I hope that every piece finds a lasting home. However, if you wish to return a painting, please notify me on the same day you receive it.

You then have 7 days to return it in its original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, I’ll refund the cost of the painting. Please note:

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping

Bespoke or commissioned works are non-refundable, as outlined in the contract agreed upon at the time of commission.
