How do I view the work?

All my available work can be viewed by signing up with your name and email address. After doing this you will immediately receive an email with my catalogues of available work in your inbox.

I have signed up and didn’t receive your catalogue.

Depending on which email account you have, it can go to your secondary inbox, or your junk box. If you have checked both, please contact me at info@lucyauge.co.uk and I will send one to you personally.

I have signed up with my details before and want to see new work

If you have signed up already, you will receive a monthly update of available and new work. If you haven't been receiving them, they could have been going into your junk folder. It is always best to add my email address to your address book, so you never miss out. Saying this, I am always happy to email you what I have currently if you have missed the latest update. Don't hesitate to get in touch: info@lucyauge.co.uk

Are the works framed?

All works are framed unless stated otherwise. I have my work framed with a conservation picture framers Ro.Frames. All my frames are bespoke to the work and created to archival standards made to last a lifetime.

Sales of work

Sales work on a first-come, first served basis.

Works will be put on hold for a maximum of 48 hours. If I have not heard back from you within this time, I will release the painting and let it go to the next buyer.

Purchasing work

You will need to email me with the painting or paintings (treat yourself) you wish to purchase.

Email: info@lucyauge.co.uk

Please include the title of the work in the subject header to avoid being mistaken for spam. From there, we can discuss shipping rates or collection and framing. Once this part is concluded I will send out an invoice which can be paid online.

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide and offer a range of shipping services from everyday delivery to transport and installation packages.

Will I be charged Duty charges to receive my piece?

For all worldwide deliveries, I can speak to my couriers and see if the charges will apply and if so how much. You will have to pay any charges necessary, but I will contact you with the full costs so there are no surprises.

Can I see the work in person?

My studio is based here in Bath, UK. You are welcome to come see me at my home/studio to see the work I have. Please email me to book a visit: info@lucyauge.co.uk

Does my piece come with a certificate of authenticity?

I maintain an archive of all my artworks to assist in the proof of authenticity. Each artwork has a unique code for identification and authentication purposes. If you wish to maintain the recorded provenance of your artwork you can register your ownership by contacting me info@lucyauge.co.uk. I can then register you as an owner you will need to provide your name and address and adequate proof of purchase or other transfer of title to you.

Can I return a piece of work?

I hope never to have a painting returned to me. However, if this is the case, you must let me know that you wish to return the work on the day of receiving it. From then, you have 7 days to return it to me. Please note that the work must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. I will only be able to refund you the cost of the painting once I have received the artwork in its original condition. All shipping costs and returns are non-refundable and must be covered by yourself.

All bespoke artworks are non-refundable, which is specified in contracts signed by those who commission me.
